Drawings
I have always loved drawing and doodling. Direct, quiet, observation is usually the first step in my mark making. After the observational sketch, I let my imagination run wild. My work is not planned, it is filled with fantasy, fears, experiences, ghosts, nightmares and dreams from my life. In the “Enhanced Drawings” series, I take apart and remake the drawings in photoshop, adding color and design. My lifelong love of art and practice is the backbone of these drawings.
